We will discuss your situation and health background and investigate the potential cause of your problem. It is a good idea to include any existing reports from previous studies (e.g., X-ray and MRI). During the consultation, we test your body’s movement and function, with orthopaedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests in order to determine the underlying cause. Treatment focuses on releasing the restricted movements and muscular tension to start to restore your body's function.
Book a consultation if you have not been to us in over one year or your situation has changed significantly, requiring new discussion and examination.
Further Treatments

We will re-evaluate your situation each time to make sure the treatment is appropriate. Treatment techniques include manipulation of the restricted joints, releasing the tight muscles and fascia, as well as dry needling and taping if required.
Many factors affect the length of the treatments required: often acute injuries tend to respond quickly from treatment however long term issues may require more. Following the treatment plan with home exercises increases the speed of recovery.
